Lowe’s
During the summer of 2019, I worked with the Lowe’s Digital UX Team as a UX Research & Design intern. My main project was the Lowes.com Product Detail Page redesign, set to be released on the website in early 2020.
Over a 10-week period, I conducted over 100 hours of customer research, distilled hundreds of customer insights, generated design recommendations based on these insights, and then formulated some of the initial component designs. Following the conclusion of my internship in August 2019, my work will help drive the refresh of the product detail pages on Lowes.com over the next year.
During the internship, I also had the opportunity to:
produce the visual designs for the LowesForPros.com masthead & navigation for desktop, tablet, and mobile
perform competitive research for the Cart & Checkout UX architecture and design teams
conduct user testing for current state and new Cart & Checkout experience flows
conduct user testing for the Masthead & Footer UX design team
construct wire flows for LowesForPros.com login edge cases (orphan states)
